Registered Nurses employed or contracted by NNP serve by default as consultants, navigators, advocates, educators, and coordinators. NNP does not hold itself out as providing direct clinical care, medication administration, treatment-level assessments, or accepting clinical liability as a default service. This boundary is the brand's core legal and operational differentiator. The Exception: NNP may deploy licensed clinical contractors — including CNAs, Med Techs, LPNs, and RNs — to perform specific hands-on personal care or clinical tasks on a documented, case-by-case basis under a separate written agreement.

Chapters 1 – 5  •  Entity, Mission, Brand, Positioning

Nurse Navigators Pro (NNP) is a nurse-led, private-pay care navigation and support platform operating through LISTERKEYS LLC, an Arizona limited liability company formed August 21, 2023. The company serves families, seniors, caregivers, and healthcare facilities across the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area through eight governed service lines, two proprietary technology platforms, and a branded product store.

NNP's operating model combines human clinical expertise with proprietary software, governed contractor deployment, and premium service packaging. It is positioned not as a traditional home care agency or staffing company, but as a systemized navigation platform — a precision-guided private-pay infrastructure for families and facilities navigating healthcare complexity.

The Red Line — Non-Negotiable Operating Principle

Registered Nurses employed or contracted by NNP serve by default as consultants, navigators, advocates, educators, and coordinators. NNP does not hold itself out as providing direct clinical care, medication administration, treatment-level assessments, or accepting clinical liability as a default service. This boundary is the brand's core legal and operational differentiator. The Exception: NNP may deploy licensed clinical contractors on a documented, case-by-case basis under a separate written agreement.

Competitive Advantages

NNP's durable advantages are: (1) the Red Line — a legally and clinically defensible scope boundary; (2) Chronicle EHR and Chronicle Home — proprietary platforms creating recurring revenue; (3) a documented contractor tier system enabling scalable deployment without W-2 classification risk; (4) the Solstice Audit™ proprietary framework; and (5) a compliance-first governance infrastructure that is itself a marketing asset in regulated facility markets.

Governance Highlights
Decision Authority

All major decisions require unanimous member consent. No unilateral action on transactions, service lines, contracts >90 days, IP, debt, hiring, or amendments.

Dual-Signature Threshold

All financial commitments exceeding $2,500 require written authorization from both members before execution.

IP Ownership

Chronicle EHR and Chronicle Home are irrevocably vested in LISTERKEYS LLC. Neither platform is assignable to individual members under any circumstance.

HIPAA Privacy Officer

Aaron Keys-Rodgers — responsible for BAAs, breach response, policy maintenance, and all PHI data governance.

Mission

To help Arizona families, seniors, caregivers, and care organizations navigate aging and care operations with greater clarity, safety, and accountability — through human expertise, proprietary technology, and documented precision.

Vision

To become the most trusted nurse-led support platform in the Greater Phoenix area, known for quality, precision, and practical impact across both family-facing and organization-facing services — then expand that model thoughtfully as the platform matures and technology scales.

Core Values
ValueDefinition in Practice
IntegrityWe do what we say. We document what we do. We do not move the red line for revenue. Ever.
PrecisionEvery workflow, form, and engagement is documented and deliberate. NNP does not operate on assumptions.
AdvocacyWe are always on the side of the person we serve — family, client, or facility operator — without compromising compliance.
AccountabilityBoth members are equally responsible for everything NNP does. There is no silent partner and no unilateral authority.
ElevationEvery product, interaction, and deliverable must reflect a premium standard. NNP does not race to the bottom on price, quality, or ethics.
Brand Promise
“Navigate with Confidence.”
RN-Led  •  Advisory First  •  Always on Your Side

NNP's visual and brand identity is governed by the aesthetic direction called Silicon Desert Chiaroscuro — the intersection of luxury private wealth management and clinical authority. The brand reads as premium, precise, and quietly powerful. It does not look like a home care agency, a startup, or a referral service. It looks like a firm.
